By using the Casa Blu website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products and availability
All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Colours may look slightly different on screen depending on your device.

Pricing
Our prices are set in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. If you shop in another currency, prices are converted at the current exchange rate and the final amount is shown at checkout. Your bank may charge its own conversion fees. We may change prices without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. You can cancel your order before it's dispatched by emailing hello@casablu.com.au with your order number. We may cancel an order at our discretion, for example if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

Returns
Returns are covered by our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, text and branding, belongs to Casa Blu and can't be reproduced without our written permission.
